At River Haven our food philosophy is simple: uncomplicated, honest, fresh flavours using the region’s best local artisan produce.
Tony Robson-Burrell has always cooked from the heart. Tony is committed to sourcing only the highest-quality ingredients from local producers, ensuring that our menu is fresh and seasonally inspired. Everything is homemade in our kitchens, including our own bread.
Our produce is ethically sourced and often organic. Our beef is dry-aged for 45 days and comes from Andy at Ellis Creek Farm in Golden Bay, who shares our commitment to animal welfare.
