The New Zealand wine industry has struggled in recent years with a challenging range of issues related to wine surplus, declining demand, increased regulations, crippling overseas tariffs and the uncertain geopolitical landscape. However, at Riverhaven we’re actually expanding our range and the partnership with the Isle of Man demonstrates our ethos of doing things differently.

The Isle of Man, located in the Irish Sea is a self-governing protectorate independent of the UK and EU. Most famous for the annual TT motorcycle races the island now has its own vineyard- albeit 11,000 miles away in Ngatimoti at the top of New Zealand’s spectacular South Island.
