Club Members
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Membership Renewal and Cancellation:
1.1. Your River Haven Club membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless you choose to cancel it before the renewal date.
1.2. Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time before the renewal date to prevent further charges.
1.3. If you cancel your membership before the renewal date, you will continue to enjoy the Membership benefits until the end of the current membership period.
1.4. You will not be refunded your membership fee when you cancel.
2. Lapsed Membership:
2.1. If your membership lapses due to non-renewal, you must return your membership card to the Clubhouse within 7 days from the expiration date.
2.2. Failure to return your membership card within the specified timeframe may result in a replacement fee or other actions as deemed appropriate by the Club.
3. Membership Benefits for Guests:
3.1. Members are allowed to use their membership benefits for guests when dining together at the Club.
3.2. All expenses incurred by guests must be paid in full by the member, and the member shall be responsible for their guests’ behaviour and adherence to the Club’s rules and regulations.
4. Upholding Club Standards:
4.1. Members are required to uphold the standards of conduct and behaviour expected by the River Haven Club.
4.2. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive towards other members, staff, or the Club’s premises may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of membership.
5. Club’s Right to Cancel Membership:
5.1. River Haven Club reserves the right to cancel a member’s membership with immediate effect if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other Club rules.
5.2. In the event of membership cancellation by the Club, no refund or compensation will be provided.
6. Amendments to Terms & Conditions:
6.1. River Haven Club may modify these Terms & Conditions at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to all active members.
6.2. By continuing your membership after the effective date of any amendments, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms & Conditions.
7. Personal Information:
7.1. By becoming a member of River Haven Club, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information.
